Estimates and Work

Submitting the estimate form or calling us is a request to be contacted. It does not create a contract. The price, scope, schedule, and warranty for any job are set only in the written proposal we give you after an on-site visit, and the work is governed by that proposal once you accept it.

Financing

Financing is offered by a third-party lender, subject to its credit approval and its own terms. Rates and plans described on this site are summaries; the lender's documents control.

Your Submissions

When you send us a request, you agree that the details you provide are accurate and that we may contact you about it by phone, text, or email. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Content and Trademarks

The text, photos, logo, and design of this site belong to Action Fence Company of Chattanooga or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Town photos credited on a page are used under the license named in their credit.
